When will my coffee arrive?
Roasted every Tuesday, shipped Wednesday. Most U.S. addresses see delivery within 2–5 business days of ship date.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes — anytime, from your account, in a couple of clicks. No calls, no forms, no retention pitch.
Can I change roasts between shipments?
Absolutely. Swap Lot Espresso for Night Lot, drop in Origin Lot, mix and match — as long as you edit before your next roast date.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean is our default and, honestly, our strong recommendation. Ground options are available per bag if you need them.
How often does the club ship?
Every 2 or 4 weeks. Pick the cadence that matches how fast you actually drink coffee — not how fast you wish you did.
