How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Every bag ships within 48 hours of roast. Most orders arrive 3–6 days after roasting — well inside the taste window.
Whole bean or ground?
Both. Choose whole bean or select your brew method — espresso, pour over, drip, French press, or moka — and we'll grind to match.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
Any time, from your account. Skip a month, swap roasts, or cancel outright. No emails, no phone calls.
What's the return policy?
If a bag doesn't taste right, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it. Simple as that.
