How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
Every bag ships within 5 days of roast. Most orders leave the roastery within 48 hours of the order landing.
Can I change or pause my Northlot Club subscription?
Yes — swap roasts, change bag count (1, 2, or 3), skip a shipment, or pause anytime from your account. Or email us and we'll handle it.
Do you offer wholesale for cafés or offices?
We do. Send us a note with your volume and brew setup and we'll follow up with pricing and lead times.
